1. Pricing Structure
- e-Visa service charges are based on the destination country, visa type, processing time, and complexity of the application.
- Prices quoted include professional service/consultation fees only, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Government fees, embassy fees, processing charges, biometric fees, medical fees, travel insurance, and third-party charges are not included unless mentioned in writing.
- All prices are quoted in INR and are subject to change without prior notice due to policy or fee revisions by the respective authorities.
2. Payment Terms
- Full payment must be made in advance before initiation of the e-Visa application process.
- Payment confirmation is mandatory to begin services.
- Delays in payment may result in delayed processing or non-submission of the application.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Once the e-Visa application process has started, cancellation by the client is not permitted.
- If the client requests cancellation before application initiation, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative and consultation charges.
- No cancellation is allowed after application submission to the concerned authority.
4. Refund Policy
- Service fees are non-refundable once the application process has commenced.
- No refund will be provided in the event of:
- Visa refusal or rejection
- Delay in processing
- Change in travel plans by the client
- Incomplete, incorrect, or false documents submitted by the client
- Changes in immigration laws, policies, or technical issues of the e-Visa portal
- Government or third-party fees, once paid, are strictly non-refundable.
5. Application Withdrawal
- If an application is withdrawn at the client’s request after submission, no refund shall be applicable.
- Withdrawal does not guarantee any refund from the issuing authority.
6. Processing Time Disclaimer
- e-Visa processing times are indicative only and may vary due to government processing timelines, system outages, security checks, or high application volumes.
- Visa Verve global Services Pvt Ltd is not responsible for delays beyond its control.
7. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for non-performance or delay caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to government actions, technical failures, natural disasters, pandemics, or system shutdowns.
8. Acceptance of Policy
By making payment and engaging our e-Visa services, the client confirms acceptance of this Price & Cancellation Policy in full.
