- Updates via email, messaging platforms, or client portals
3. Service Activation Timeline
- Service delivery begins only after successful payment confirmation and receipt of complete and accurate documents from the client.
- The initiation timeline may vary depending on visa type, destination country, and client responsiveness.
4. e-Visa Delivery
- Approved e-Visas, where applicable, are delivered electronically via email in PDF or digital format.
- The final e-Visa is issued solely by the respective immigration authority, not by Visa Verve global Services Pvt Ltd.
5. Processing & Delivery Timelines
- All timelines provided are estimated and based on information available from official sources.
- Actual delivery timelines may vary due to:
- Government processing delays
- Technical issues on official portals
- Security or background checks
- Incomplete or delayed documentation from the client
We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
- Provide a valid email address and contact details
- Regularly check email/spam folders for updates
- Respond promptly to document or information requests
Failure to do so may impact service delivery timelines.
7. Service Completion
Service delivery is considered complete when:
- The visa application has been submitted to the relevant authority, or
- The e-Visa or official decision (approval/refusal) has been communicated to the client, whichever is applicable.
