We provide assistance with visa-related services, including but not limited to consultation, documentation guidance, application submission support, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups with relevant authorities or embassies. Final decisions on visa approval or rejection rest solely with the respective embassy, consulate, or immigration authority.

2. No Guarantee of Visa Approval

We do not guarantee the approval, processing time, or issuance of any visa. Approval or rejection is entirely at the discretion of the concerned embassy or immigration authority.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide complete, accurate, and truthful information and documents.
• Ensure documents are genuine, valid, and up to date.
• Attend interviews, biometric appointments, and medical examinations as required.
• Inform us immediately of any changes in personal, financial, or travel details.

Any misrepresentation, false information, or concealment of facts may lead to visa refusal, delays, or legal consequences, for which we are not responsible.

4. Fees & Payments

• Service fees are charged for professional assistance and are non-refundable, regardless of visa outcome.
• Government fees, embassy fees, medical fees, courier charges, and third-party costs are separate unless stated otherwise.
• Fees must be paid as per the agreed schedule before service initiation or submission.

5. Refund Policy

• Service fees are non-refundable once the process has started.
• No refund will be provided in case of visa refusal, delay, withdrawal by the client, or changes in immigration rules.
• Refunds, if any, will be at our sole discretion and subject to written agreement.

6. Processing Time

Visa processing times are estimated based on publicly available information and past experience. Actual timelines may vary due to embassy workload, security checks, holidays, or policy changes. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

7. Confidentiality & Data Protection

All client information and documents are handled with confidentiality and used only for visa-related purposes. Information may be shared with embassies, consulates, or authorized third parties strictly as required for processing.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Visa refusal, delay, or cancellation.
• Changes in immigration laws, policies, or procedures.
• Loss caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

Our liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount of service fees paid by the client.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be applicable from the date of publication.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging our visa services, making payment, or submitting documents, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
